200 dead in terrorist attack in Madrid
This morning,
10 simultaneous bombs exploded in four different trains in Madrid, Spain, in the same line that comes from Guadalajara to Atocha station in Madrid. The death toll counts more than 190 deaths and 1400 wounded. 3 more bombs encountered in vagons were exploded by police experts.
Sequence
- Between 7:00 and 7:15 AM, the terrorists filled four trains with the bomb-bags, probably in Alcalá de Henares, where I lived last year (I know very well the route). The station is small. It takes around 40 minutes from Alcalá to Atocha station.
- At 7:39, the first three bombs exploded in different vagons of the train at the Atocha station. 49 deaths.
- Just one kilometer behind, at 7:42 AM, three other explosions in another train also nearing to Atocha. 59 deaths.
- At 7:42 AM, in El Pozo station (two behind Atocha), two bombs explode just before the train leaves to Entrevías. The train vagons has two stores. 67 deaths.
- At 7:42 AM, in Santa Eugenia station (two behind El Pozo), one bomb explodes in the fifth vagon of a moving train. 15 deaths.
Important remarks
- Atocha is the central train station of Madrid. Is very big and populated in the morning. Probably, the terrorists wanted to explode two of the trains when they were inside the station, but the second one was two minutes late.
- Two people were seen in Alcalá de Henares station entering and exiting of, at least, four trains.
- We celebrate goverment elections this sunday.
- Goverment officials thought this was an attack of ETA, a terrorist group that wants the independence of Vasque Country. Vasque Country is one of the most autonomy regions in Europe.
- A van with an audio tape and seven bomb activators was found in Alcalá de Henares. The audio tape has islamic content.
- 'Al-Qaida letter' claims Spain bombings, Al Jazeera.
- 90% of Spanish people didn't support our goverment in the Irak war case.

I saw that you post on Madrid, maybe this is interesting to you.
Our "frontpage today" application did the rounds just when news of the terrible blasts in Madrid came trickling in.

So in Germany or France you see the ticker news speaking of 15 to 30 people killed. The Spanish sites could not be reached at that time. Many of the UK and Northamerican sites did not carry the news yet (probably because we grabbed the screen shots a few minutes too early).

We don't think Irak war has anything to do with terrorism, and we think that indeed the war itself is a cause of terrorism there. - Saddam had links with palestinian terrorists, but not with 9/11.
- Most of 9/11 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia, any from Irak.
- Saudi Arabia fought against Irak in Gulf War I.
- Saddam was backed by US and other western countries (like France) in its war against Iran.
- Saudi Arabia is an islamic regime. Under Saddam, Irak was a laic regime, by far the most pro-western in the zone before Gulf War I (do you remember Saddam wearing islamic dresses?).
- Osama Bin Laden, whose family had at last a joint oil company with Bush (Arbusto Corp.), was trained by CIA to fight along talibans against soviets in Afganistan in 80's.
- The flight school in which 9/11 terrorists were trained was in Miami (the trainer pilot was Spanish, so he was often interviewed in our media).
- United Nations cannot back whatever US wants. It is an international body, US and other nations created after WWII. Its purpuose is to resolve issues between countries, in peace, and not with arms (or arms under international support as last resource).
- In the UN, and in the international arena, Bush's casus belli against Irak was that Saddam was a direct and inminent threat to western countries because he was developing weapons of mass destruction.
- The people that didn't watch Fox News and other US media (and we are 6 billion people in this world) didn't believe it and asked for proofs.
- After the war, any of the claims your intelligence service provided to UN has been proved true: we only saw US weapons destroying a yet devasted country after 10 years of tight international ban. WMD? Yes: American weapons of mass distraction.
- Under Bush administration, US loosed almost all the international support and good will you gained before 9/11 because of this lies. Nobody believes you now.
So, sincerely, you should stop watching Fox News, and switch to BBC News. And maybe (maybe), the world will be safer just if US stops backing regimes and persons that later become terrorists.
